Embassy Suites Dallas - Dfw Airport North – Hotel near airport in Grapevine

I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5, although the construction noise from the floor above was a bit bothersome. The service provided was very nice and attentive, with housekeeping being pleasant and courteous. The location was both convenient with instant UBER access to DFW area but also had some drawbacks like the hotel being far from the parking areas and having piles of dirty towels with no fresh ones. The dining experience was one of the best but lacked seating during breakfast. The hotel has good facilities, including an enjoyable pool area and helpful services like room service and free airport shuttle.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, accommodating two double beds and a sofa bed which was perfect for the kids, but the furniture and carpet seemed old and dingy. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The location, despite being under remodeling construction, offered a nice place to unwind, especially during the Christmas season. The dining options were standard, with a bit of an issue regarding excess styrofoam waste. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
